Lee Tae Im is making her comeback with a romantic comedy titled "You Will Love Me." The actress plays an aspiring drama screenwriter named Park Ji Ho. Park pretends to be a man and offers relationship advice to a man with no dating luck. She helps transform him into someone any woman would date, even her.

That man, Oh Geun Baek, is played by Oh Chang Suk. It's a reunion for Lee and Oh since they appeared together in the drama "My Heart Twinkle Twinkle."

And the plot promises to be lighthearted fun.

"I've always wanted to try a role like this," said Lee in an interview with the Korean media outlet TV Report. "I had always played depressing roles so this time I wanted it to be a fun one."

It was a rough year for Lee Tae Im. Her reputation suffered earlier this year due to an argument she had with Jewelry's Yewon while they were filming the TV show "Tutoring Across Generations." Lee Tae Im was accused of cursing at the idol-turned-actress and starting an argument, after the Yewon spoke in a way Lee considered disrespectful. The resulting publicity hurt Lee.

"I cried a lot inside," she said in an interview with the media outlet Asia Today.

As a result of the negative publicity Lee took some time off and did not work for six months. She has put it behind her and is ready to work.

"I have put it aside. I went through a hard time and it took a while to recover. I turned to religion for it. My mother supported me and I watched a lot of movies too. I'm better now and I can laugh about it".

Director Lee Jung Pyo only has positive things to say about working with the actress.

"The way she works so hard gave me a good impression," he said. "I wish people saw her for who she is."

Lee also appeared in the dramas 'Wild Chives and Soybean Soup" and "Marry Me, Please." She can be seen in the 2014 film "For The Emperor" and appears on the reality show "Law of the Jungle in Costa Rica."

The series, which runs on cable channel Drama H, premieres on October 29. Jidam, the company that produced "Jang Bo Ri Is Here" will produce "You Will Love Me."
