In "My Daughter, Geum Sa Wol" Song Ha Yoon's accinet was foreshadowed.
On the 18th episode of MBC drama "My Daughter, Geum Sa Wol" (script Kim Soon Ok, director Baek Ho Jin, Lee Jae Jin) broadcast on November 1st, Keum Sa Wol (played by Baek Jini Hee) and Lee Hong Do (played by Song Ha Yoon) recognized each other's identity.
Sa Wol realized that Hong Do was Oh Wol and Hong Do also realized that Keum Joo Im was Sa Wol, thus crying.
Nonetheless, in the trailer, there was a scene where Hong Do had suffered from an accident. In the hospital room was not Sa Wol but Oh Hye Sang (played by Park Se Young) which attracted attention.
Whether this had happened because of Hye Sang's scheme that Hong Do could not meet Sa Wol or what would happen in the future was a matter of curiosity.
