On the 9th episode of tvN Friday/Saturday drama "Reply 1988" broadcast on Dec. 4th (script Lee Woo Jung, director Shin Won Ho), Duk Sun (played by Hye Ri) and Taek (played by Park Bo Gum) went to a Chinese competition together.
On this day, Choi Moo Sung (played by Choi Moo Sung) collapsed out of the blue because of a brain hemmorage. Thus, Choi Moo Sung (played by Choi Moo Sung) said to Sung Dong Il (played by Sung Dong Il), "I hope Duk Sun can go to the baduk competition with Taek and help."
In the end, Duk Sun ended up going to the baduk competition with Taek. The Korean reporters who came to report on Taek saw that Taek couldn't even eat because he was burdened. With that, they saw Duk Sun saying, "Is there even sweet and sour pork? Tomorrow, let's go next door to eat something good." With that, they clicked their tongue at her.
Ater the competition was over, the reporters said to Taek, "What are you going to do now that you havent eaten and havent slept?" Nonetheless, Taek's answer was unexpected. He said, "I ate really well this time. I didn't skip a single meal. I slept well and the room was well heated. My condition was really good. Isn't that all because of what you bought for me?"
Meanwhile, "Reply 1988" is the third of the reply series - "Reply 1997" and "Reply 1994." This is a comic family drama about five families who live in the same alley in 1988 in Seoul. The drama features Sung Dong Il, Lee Il Hwa, Ra Miran, Girls' Day Hye Ri, Ko Kyung Pyo, and Park Bo Gum.
