Actor Shin Sung Il attended the press conference of "Door To The Night" on October 30, 2013, in Dong Dae Moon Mega box, Seoul.
"Door To The Night," which is to premier on November 6, 2013, is Shin Sung Il's 507th movie where he plays a main character. It's also his comeback movie as a main character in 20 years since "Evaporation" in 1993.
Shin Sung Il, who is 76 this year, is still actively filming movies. In "Door To The Night," he plays a cancer patient who falls in love with his nurse (Bae Seul Ki), who is 49 years younger than him. He plays the painful life with cancer, urge for life, and the guilt that comes from wanting something he cannot have.
In the press conference, Shin Sung Il said, "There's no retirement until I die. I will keep working out to be in good shape to film more movies in the future."
