The pandemic coronavirus, also known as the COVID19, has been sweeping across the world. A lot of businesses and industries have postponed their work plans so that they could be able to secure their safety from the virus. Even the entertainment industry is not exempted from the decision to pause from filming, including the upcoming film "Bogota." The lead star of this film Song Joong Ki was required to come back to Korea from the filming location Colombia.
Song Joong Ki's agency shared that the actor came back to Korea on Tuesday, March 24, and that they are thankful that he is well and healthy. The agency further stated that he has no issues with his health. The actor will spend two weeks of being in self-isolation, since it is required for returning to the country. In the meantime, he will be taking this opportunity to have some rest.
The cast and crew of "Bogota" also came home to Korea on the same day.

Song Joong Ki has also been dubbed as "Korea's DiCaprio" after his hit drama titled "The Innocent Man" and his most watched melodrama movie "A Werewolf Boy" released in 2012. The actor admitted that he is an avid fan of Leonardo DiCaprio ever since he was young and wished to follow his career path.
In 2016, after accomplishing his mandatory military service, Song Joong Ki was praised for his performance portraying the dashing Army Captain Yoo Shi-jin in the phenomenal drama "Descendants of the Sun" with his former wife Song Hye Kyo. The actor became the Korea Tourism Organization's Honorary Ambassador, topped popularity polls in Asia, and became the CF King.
Song Joong Ki, however, insisted that he did not ever want a meteoric rise in popularity. He stated that it is unstoppable that popularity also fades.
