The agency of the Descendants of the Sun actress Song Hye Kyo released a statement regarding the sale of the actress' old house with former spouse Song Joong Ki.
Reports regarding the sale of the ex-couple's house started circulating the internet claiming that Song Hye Kyo was selling the ex-couple's fomer honeymoon home. The said house is reportedly located in a housing complex in Samseong-dong, Seoul and is for sale in a hefty amount of 8.2 billion Korean Won or approximately $6,736,500.90 USD.

On April 7, Song Hye Kyo's agency issued a clarification with regards to the reports stated above. They claimed that it is quite disappointing that misinformation about the actress' personal life is being reported. The representative clearly denied the news and said that the property in Samseon-dong was already put up on sale for over a year ago.
"It is not true that she's in a rush to sell the house. It was already sold a year ago. It's foolish that rumors and misunderstandings like this arise, especially at a later time."
It was also reported that Song Joong Ki have plans of having the couple's other property in Yongsan-gu demolished. The actress' representatives also responded regarding the issue stating that Song Hye Kyo has never even lived in that house. However, the media has been reporting it as if it was her home.
