"Running Man" Cast Members Assure Viewers Jeon So Min Will Be Back Soon

South Korean actress and writer Jeon So Min, well-known for her participation in the SBS's variety show "Running Man," was hospitalized due to over fatigue.

According to reports, the actress was brought to the hospital due to fatigue from overworking. She was advised by her physician to take a break rest while receiving her treatments so that she'll get better as soon as possible.

To clarify, her condition is not in any way related to coronavirus (COVID-19).

One entertainment official shared that Jeon So Min's hospitalization was the result of having busy schedules. Her medical team stated she requires rest, and the decision is up to the actress whether she will continue her appearance to the show or if she'll have a break to recuperate.

Jeon So Min's agency, Entertainment IM, responded to the reports confirming that she will be pausing her busy schedule to recover. The agency added that they have talked to the "Running Man" production team to inform them that she will be having a break from the show for a month. Fortunately, the production staff of the show has been very understanding of her situation.

In the "Running Man" broadcast last April 19, MC Yoo Jae Suk talked about Jeon So Min's short break from the program during the opening comments. Yoo Jae Suk shared that the physicians have recommended that the actress needs a break and rest in the hospital to regain her health. The MC expressed that the viewers should not worry too much.

Kim Jong Kook also commented that Jeon So Min is a very energetic person, and for sure, she'll be back soon. Other cast members also wished their co-host a speedy recovery.

Jeon So Min was born on April 7, 1986. She was first seen in the 204 sitcom titled "Miracle." Then, in the year 2006, she made her big-screen debut through "Cinderella."

Fast forward to the year 2013, she won the "Best New Actress Award" at the MBC Drama Awards for her leading role in the drama "Princess Aurora." In April 2017, Jeon So Min, together with Yang Se-chan, was added as a regular cast of the South Korean variety show Running Man.

In January 2020, she published her first book titled "You Can Call Me After a Drink."
