KBS2TV announced that they will be releasing a new comedy-drama entitled "Zombie Detective." They also shared new stills of it with the actor Choi Jin Hyuk and his lead actress Park Joo-Hyun.
The working title "Zombie Detective" revolves around a man who was resurrected and becomes a detective to find out the truth about his life and history. Kim Moo Young played by Choi Jin Hyuk takes is the zombie detective. He finds it hard and struggles to adapt to the human world while trying to seek justice for his past.
Along the way, he meets Gong Seon Ji played by Park Joo-Hyun, an investigative writer. She is optimistic about life, determined to succeed, and has a sense of justice. The new stills showed a glimpse of the characters as Gong Seon Ji smiles and tries to make eye contact with Kim Moo Young. However, Moo Young looks away and seemed annoyed with Seon Ji's happy face. Kim Moo Young also looked cool with his detective hat on and fashionable trench coat.
Furthermore, both actors look like the famous detective partners Sherlock Holmes and Watson. The drama concept also make the netizens wonder how a zombie detective could live amongst humans and find a way to know about his past.
It will surely be a funny and unique series. So stay tuned for its premiere and find out how the duo, Kim Moo Young and Gong Seon Ji's, story unfolds.

The viewers will see a funny side of Choi Jin Hyuk with his quirky action moves as a zombie. The actor played a tough and full-packed action AI detective character in his recently ended series, "Rugal."
He was a good detective but got involved with a criminal group. He was seriously wounded and survived death by transforming into an AI agent. His role was strong and finds justice for the victims he encounters. With his tall height, good looks, and fighting skills, Choi Jin-hyuk is truly suited to play characters in action dramas.
Park Joo-Hyun
After her amazing performance in Netflix's "Extracurricular," the actress will be playing a new role as Gong Seon Ji, an optimistic writer.
Joo-Hyun 2020 is quite busy. This is already her third drama series, as she also starred in "A Piece of Your Mind" as supporting actress, and played the lead role in "Extracurricular."
