One of our biggest "what ifs" is that what if we see our favorite leads from period dramas to reunite in the modern setting? It would be really wonderful and our hearts will glow!

Here is the list of historical and fantasy K-drama leads who we wish to be together again in dramas set in modern times.

"Grand Prince"

Lee Hwi and Seong Ja Hyeon

This is a love story of Prince Lee Hwi (Yoon Shi Yoon) and Seong Ja Hyeon (Jin Se Yeon). The prince wishes to marry someone, not from an arranged marriage, and there, he met the strong-willed and pretty lady in the marketplace. Though they fight and bicker, they spend time together a lot, such as when they paint and do horseback riding. Their chemistry is unwavering that makes the viewers easier to fall in love with them.

"Hwarang"

The Hwarang Knight Soldiers

The love story between Moo Myung (Park Seo Joon) and Aro (Go Ara) makes your heart flutter, and the other main characters - knights - were unforgettable. They all trained together to protect the new king Sam Maek Jong played by Park Hyung Sik. The men showcased their great chemistry on and off-screen that they have become real-life friends. They all did well with their camaraderie in their fighting scenes, and thus, we bet viewers would be overjoyed to see all of them more often, especially in a drama set in modern times.

"100 Days My Prince"

Won Deuk and Yeong Hong Shim

The Crown Prince Lee Yul, played by D.O., gets amnesia and is under the protection of Hong Shim, played by Nam Ji Hyun and her stepfather. In her desire not to marry as the law imposes, she renames Lee Yul to Won Deuk as her long lost husband. At the same time, it makes the prince stay away from the people who wish him dead in the palace. Their chemistry makes the story more enticing as viewers felt the heartaches and the love they have for each other.

"Hotel Del Luna"

Jang Man Wol and Goo Chan Sung

Working and operating the Hotel Del Luna to pay for her past sins, Jang Man Wol (IU) is a hard-headed and lonely woman. She meets the perfectionist Goo Chan Sung, played by Yeo Jin Goo, who is forced to run the hotel to pay for what his father owed from Man Wol in the past. Though they disagreed on many things initially, he was the key to Man Wol's life to overcome everything and go to the afterlife peacefully. This leaves us to thinking... what would've happened if they reunite?
