Last August 31st, actor Park Bo Gum enlisted as a recruit to the navy, and he is currently serving as a cultural promotion soldier. Good news to the fans of Bogummy, the actor was chosen to be the host of the 19th Korea Navy Hoguk Concert!
Today, October 27th, the Republic of Korea Navy updated their instagram and uploaded a poster of an upcoming event. The caption of the poster stated that the Republic of Korea Navy will be having a concert to be held at the Seogwipo Art Center in Seogwipo, Jeju Island, and it is to celebrate the Navy's 19th onboard debate. The said event will broadcast live on their Youtube channel and Facebook page. Actor Park BO Gum is the MC of the concert. In addition, singer Seo Young Eun and the Republic of Korea Navy Band will perform at the said event as well.
The 19th Korea Navy Hoguk Concert is scheduled to be held on October 27 at 8 p.m. KST, everyone can watch it on Republic of Korea Navy's YouTube channel as well as in their Facebook page.

Park Bo Gum is set to be discharged in April 2022. Before he entered the military, the actor he filmed his currently ongoing drama "Record of Youth" as well as two upcoming films, Seo Bok (2020 film) and Wonderland (2021 film).
In his current drama 'Record of Youth' Park Bo Gum stars as Sa Hye Jun, a model who dreams of becoming a famous actor. He then crosses paths with Park So Dam's character named Ahn Jeong Ha, an aspiring makeup artist who will form a close connection with Sa Hye Jun.
In his soon to the premier movie 'Seo Bok,' a sci-fi themed film, the actor will portray the titular character Seo Bok, a first ever genetically mutated human clone who possesses the secret of eternal life. Park Bo Gum will star alongside actor Gong Yoo who will portray the character of Ki Heon, a the terminally ill ex intelligence agent who gets entangled with the pursuit of Seo Bok.
In his 2021 film 'Wonderland,' it will tell the story of a simulated universe where human beings can have a reunion with their loved ones with whom they can no longer interact in reality. Park Bo Gum will star alongside actor Gong Yoo, who will portray a widower's character who decides to create a simulation of his deceased wife. Park Bo Gum and Suzy will play a young couple's character who will face struggles in their relationship when Park Bo Gum's character gets into a coma.
South Korean actor and singer Park Bo-gum was born June 16, 1993. The actor was widely recognized for his portrayal in a diverse range of roles and television series, namely: Hello Monster (2015), Reply 1988 (2015-2016), Love in the Moonlight (2016), Encounter (2018), and his current drama Record of Youth (2020). In 2016, the 23-year-old actor became the youngest artist named the Actor of the Year by Gallup Korea. In 2017, the actor topped Forbes magazine's Korea Power Celebrity list making him the first-ever actor to top the said list.
