After his hit 2020 drama "It's Okay to Not Be Okay," which gained recognition from local and global viewwers, Kim Soo Hyun is set to return on the small screen with an exciting drama "That Night."
The upcoming drama will be penned by writer Kwon Soon Kyu, who is also known for his notable works like "The Royal Gambler" and "Warrior Baek Dong Soo," and will be helmed by director Lee Myung Woo of "Backstreet Rookie," "Punch," and "The Fiery Priest."
Together with Kim Soo Hyun is Cha Seung Won, and they both will be playing as leads in the drama, which will be the Korean series remake of BBC's "Criminal Justice."
"That Night" will tell the story of two men who were involved in a murder incident. The "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" star will be playing the role of a college student named Kim Hyun Soo, who is living a normal life not until he found himself being involved in a murder case. iIt will give him a shift of fate.
On the other hand, Cha Seung Won is expected to portray the character of Shin Joong Han, a third-class lawyer who will help out Kim Soo Hyun in solving the case. Shin Joong Han's life perspective will change after his unexpected encounter with Kim Hyun Soo.
The said drama will be a collaboration of GreenBam Media, The Studio M, and Kim Soo Hyun's home agency Gold Medalist Entertainment.

Kim Soo Hyun and Cha Seung Won are known for their superb acting skills, making them notable in the Korean entertainment world. This project collab is predicting high expectations from the viewers, and is set to be one of the most highly anticipated thrilling dramas of 2021.
Fans are already looking forward to seeing these two amazing performers work together in a new project. The shooting schedule will start kick off in the first half of 2021, and is scheduled to premiere in the second half of the year.

Meanwhile, Kim Soo Hyun was also previously reported to play the lead role in the Netflix's original thriller series "Finger." According to his agency Gold Medalist Entertainment, the actor received an offer to play the role of a famous interior designer, who is also a sociopathic murderer, but it turned out that Kim Soo Hyun declined it.
"That Night" will mark Kim Soo Hyun's comeback on the small screen following "It's Okay to Not Be Okay." His fans have been waiting for his drama comeback to see his impressive acting performances once again.
