Now that the popular SBS drama has wrapped up another successful season, "Penthouse 2" cast Eugene and Lee Ji Ah continue to make headlines in their respective spheres.
It has been exactly one week since the fans witnessed the unexpected twists and turns surrounding the lives of the people at the Hera Palace and the heartbreaking scene between Shim Soo Ryeon and Logan Lee.
"Penthouse 2" finale also featured an intense cliffhanger as they welcomed the new cast for season 3.
As the production gears for its third installment that is scheduled to air this June, fans might be wondering what's life after the popular evening drama.
Lee Ji Ah Gives Back to Students Affected by COVID-19
Lee Ji Ah, who played the role of Na Ae-Gyo and Shim Soo Ryeon, proves that she is more than just a pretty face but also has a heart of gold.
In a new report, the 42-year-old actress recently made a donation to help students cope up with the new normal. As we all know, the education sector has been badly affected by the global pandemic since they have been relying on technology to carry out remote learning.
With this, the Baeksang winner chose to provide learning devices to help the students under the Green Umbrella Children's Foundation or the ChildFund Korea. This will be a great help for students, especially those who are from low-income families that lack instruments to support online learning.
On the other hand, ChildFund Korea president Lee Je Hoon expressed his gratitude towards "The Ghost Detective" actress and says that they are thankful for Lee Ji Ah's "interest and support" for the children, adding "we will appreciatively use the valuable items she has donated to reduce the gap in development faced by children."
