If you like your reality shows peopled with kdrama and kpop celebrities, then FNC Entertainment has a show for you. The company, which manages such celebrities as Lee Hongki of F.T. Island and Jung Yong Hwa of CNBlue, will offer "Cheomdamdong 111." It's a reality show that gives viewers a sneak peek into celebrities' daily lives and the very business of making stars.

The show won't only feature celebrities but also everyone else that works in the entertainment company's headquarters, from the top of the ladder down to the bottom rung. Viewers will get a glimpse into the working days of the entertainment company's CEO, the managers, office assistants and even the trainees who are getting ready for their debuts.

The show will not be scripted, so there are bound to be many surprises and ad-lib comments. Viewers will learn how a new celebrity gets ready to debut and exactly what the company does to launch them and further their career.

The time seemed right, say the show's producers.

"The agencies hidden previously behind their stars have become more open to the public lately," said production director Moon Tae Joo. "They have become a subject of interest along with their stars. More people are interested in the process and there are also misconceptions about the reality of the entertainment agencies."

The hard training process that all kpop trainees must undergo before their debut has been the subject of some negative press. But some of that may be based on misconceptions.

According to a CJ E&M representative, the show will give viewers an honest glimpse of the stars in their everyday lives. And it's not all about work. Sometimes the show will get personal. Viewers will get to see how the celebrities and the CEO interact.

"FNC's superstar and cute bad boy Lee Hongki and CEO Hang Sung Ho have a Tom-and- Jerry-like relationship that will be a big source of laughter," said the CJ E&M representative. "It will also be fun to get a peek into the everyday lives of Jung Yong Hwa and Lee Dong Gun who returned to dramas after a long time away."

Jung Yong Hwa and Lee Dong Gun are currently starring in the drama "Future's Choice." Other celebrities that will appear on the show are comedian Song Eun Yi, director Park Hwang Hyun, singer-songwriter Juniel and the idol girl group AOA.

The show is called Cheondamdong 111 because that's the company's address. The wealthy neighborhood is also home to other entertainment companies, including SM Entertainment, JYP Entertainment and Cube Entertainment.

"Cheomdamdong 111" premieres on Nov. 21.
