SBS' "Running Man" is expected to make another record in the history of Korean variety shows.
According to media reports, "Running Man" is about to break the record for the longest-running South Korean TV variety show in history.

"Running Man" to Beat "Infinite Challenge" Record as the Longest-Running Korean Variety Show
MBC's famous program "Infinite Challenge" is the previous title holder for the longest-running TV variety program. The show began in 2006 and was able to receive lots of love and support from the audience and was even called as "Nation's Favorite Variety" program.
Unfortunately, the show ended at episode 563 in April 2018.
Running Man Episode 564 to Mark a New Milestone for the Team
Meanwhile, "Running Man" is already two episodes close to beating the record of "Infinite Challenge."
For the coming July 11, "Running Man" will air its 563rd episode. Exactly one week after on July 18, the team will officially break "Infinite Challenge."
This will mark a new milestone for the Korean TV variety program's history, and most especially in the whole "Running Man" team. SBS' "Running Man" has been airing for almost 11 years and still receiving overwhelming support from local and overseas fans.

"Running Man" Team's Solid Friendship Through the Years
Aside from the nature of the show, Running Man cast Yoo Jae Suk, Ji Seok Jin, Song Ji Hyo, Kim Jong Kook, Haha, Jeon So Min, and Yang Se Chan have a solid chemistry onscreen, giving the viewers lots of entertaining episodes to watch.
Former member Lee Kwang Soo also became a big part of the show. Even though he departed from the team due to his injury, the host-comedian made lots of viewers laugh for his never-ending slapstick comedy and natural sense of humor.
The "Running Man" team also clarified that they still have no plans in replacing Lee Kwang Soo and will stick with the seven remaining members of the show.

"Running Man" was set for a world tour in 2020 in celebration of their 10th year anniversary, but due to pandemic, the face-to-face event has been postponed.
