The 27-year-old beauty makes a come back to the small screen with KBS2's new upcoming romantic comedy-drama 'Police University,' after the success of her new film 'Sweet & Sour' with 'My Roommate Is A Gumiho' star Jang Ki Yong and 'I'm Not A Robot' actress Chae Soo Bin.
Krystal Shows Off Youthful Charms in New Drama 'Police University'
'Police University' (also known as Police Class or Police Academy) is a romantic comedy drama series produced by Logos Film, directed by Yoo Gwan Mo and penned by Min Jeong.
The drama depicts the stories of the students and professors' daily lives in National Police University, as well as the harmony and conflicts they face each day.
Krystal, who is playing freshman student and Judo master Oh Kang Hee, co-stars with B1A4's Jinyoung, who will be playing a hacker-turned-police-student Kang Seon Ho. Together, they will work with their cold and rigid professor Yoo Dong Man, who will be played by seasoned actor Cha Tae Hyun, in a special collaborative investigation.

She described her character, Oh Kang Hee, as a person who has a very strong personality and is determined to do everything to achieve her dreams. But despite being a girl who is hard to the bone, Oh Kang Hee also has a soft spot, especially for the person she loves.
Krystal shared her thoughts on her role as a student in the drama, "Playing the role of student Oh Kang Hee made me reminisce about my days as a youthful 20-year-old girl."
Fans have been so curious about how Krystal portrays her character in her own unique way. Viewers also expressed their anticipation of Krystal and Jinyoung's potential relationship in the new drama.

On July 27, KBS2's new upcoming drama 'Police University' revealed new individual teasers featuring actors Krystal, Jinyoung, and Cha Tae Hyun's endless charms and perfect synergy.
Actor Cha Tae Hyun perfectly transforms into a detective and professor Yoo Dong Man in a new individual poster. Known for his uptight and frosty nature, his unusual pose contradicts his personality, sporting a playful yet curious expression on his face with his hand under his chin.
