K-Drama 'High Class' Synopsis, Release Date
tvN's "High Class" is a mystery-suspense-thriller series that depicts the stories, lies, dirty secrets, and hypocrisies that lie behind the picture-perfect lives of South Korea's top 0.1 percent women.
The mystery takes place in the luxurious and elite international school located in an island-like paradise, where only the affluent can go.
The new drama stars award-winning "Parasite" actress Cho Yeo Jeong who will play the role of former lawyer Seo Yeo Ul, a woman who struggles after getting framed for her husband's murder and losing everything.
On the other hand, "Hwarang" actress Kim Ji Soo plays the role of Nam Ji Seon, the mother of a student who goes to the international school, who's known for her power and wealth.

On August 7, tvN confirmed that the new K-drama "High Class" will be the first one to see the small screen after its schedule reorganization.
"High Class" is scheduled to air its first broadcast on September 6, at 10:30 p.m. KST.
'High Class' Releases New Video Teasers
Unlike other new dramas, "High Class" released not just one but two individual video teasers, which definitely raises fans' interest.
The first teaser video showcases the luxurious and happy life of Song Yeo Ul (Cho Yeo Jeong) and her husband, accompanied by the sweet and sultry tango music.

However, the next scene shows Song Yeo Ul (Cho Yeo Jeong) canoeing in a long white dress on a river displaying a bitter and stale atmosphere, intriguing the viewers of the reason behind her sorrow.
After the actress reveals that she became the woman who killed her husband, a lighting storm happened.
The words "WELCOME" in the mirror was written using a red lipstick and Song Yeo Ul's (Cho Yeo Jeong) family portrait floated on the water.
The video teaser gives a tense and harrowing atmosphere which raises the questions about Song Yeo Ul's (Cho Yeo Jeong) real identity.
In the second published video teaser, the new drama discloses the existence of an elite international school which is located in the middle of an island.
Only the affluent and students who belong to the top 0.1 percent can enter, which attracted attention with its gorgeous and up-to-date facilities and courses including music and ballet classes and ice hockey field.
Nam Ji Seon (Kim Ji Soo) shares that the real high class students need to find the abilities and strengths that the children possess.
The next scene shows Song Yeo Ul (Cho Yeo Jeong) who seeks admission for her 8-year-old son asks, "Is admission difficult?"
The two new teasers raised intriguing questions about the new drama series and its characters.

tvN's new drama "High Class" is helmed by the director who has been recognized for his skills in dramas "East of Eden", "Angry Mom" and "Missing 9" Choi Byung Gil.
The drama is written by screenwriter Hyun Jung, created by Studio Dragon, and produced by Production H and H World Pictures.
