Shin Hyun Seung on his Role as Jamie in Netflix's 'So Not Worth It'

The 23-year-old actor made his acting debut in 2021 after appearing in the drama "Be My Boyfriend."

Fortunately, his performance in Netflix's "So Not Worth It" received an overwhelming response and love from the viewers.

In the K-sitcom, he played the business student, Jamie, who came from a wealthy family and moved to South Korea to study.

He instantly became the campus crush despite his aloof and shy personality.

Interestingly, he slowly came out of his shell when he met Se Wan, a teaching assistant who is in charge of managing the university dorm.

In his previous interview with YTN News, the rookie actor recalled the time where he got the confirmation to star in a lead role.

He got honest and shared that he had doubts playing the main character and would struggle to portray some emotions.

Interestingly, some of his co-stars gave him a trick and mentioned: "keep swearing on the inside."

"If you swear, anger will come out. So I swore to myself a lot while filming and created anger," he revealed.

Aside from Shin Hyun Seung "So Not Worth It" cast includes GOT7's Youngjae, (G) I-DLE's Minnie, Park Se Wan, and more.
