SF9 has been proving their much-deserved fame and respect as Korean music industry performers and representatives. But apart from performing on stage, members Hwiyoung and Chani are also building their acting portfolios. As a matter of fact, the group's sub-rapper Hwiyoung is reportedly joining the cast of the upcoming series "Miracle," where he will potentially work alongside Chani.
SF9's Hwiyoung to Possibly Share Screen with Co-Member Chani in Web Series 'Miracle'
On August 24, Xports News reported that SF9 member Hwiyoung will join the cast of the new drama "Miracle," where he is expected to play a lead role.
His fellow member Chani was already part of the lead actors, alongside "True Beauty" actress Kang Min Ah.
Romance series "Miracle" will illustrate the life of young people who overcome challenges and grow with the guidance and power of love.
This will be the first drama that both SF9 members Chani and Hwiyoung will be working on together. As they are used to share the stage when they showcase their dancing abilities, now, they will showcase their acting skills in one frame.
On the other hand, this might be Hwiyoung's next drama, following his previous KBS series "Imitation."
In 2020, also made a cameo appearance in JTBC's "Was It Love."
As a rookie actor, Hwiyoung is consistently improving with his acting. Aside from being a professional singer and dancer as part of the K-pop boy group SF9, the idol-actor is getting recognition for his fresh acting performance onscreen.

SF9 Members Rowoon, Chani, Hwiyoung, and Dawon as Rising Actors
SF9 Rowoon had his acting debut with the drama "School 2017" he appeared in numerous K-dramas and even had his first lead role in 2019 with "Extraordinary You," and "She Would Never Know" in 2021. He is also returning with a new drama "Affection."
Before becoming an idol, Chani already appeared in several series since 2011 in the drama "Can You Hear My Heart" until he became part of the record-breaking series "SKY Castle."
Since then, Chani has been working hard as an idol and as an actor. He also had a short appearance in the romance-comedy series "True Beauty," where he worked with idol-actor Cha Eun Woo.
Dawon made his acting debut in tvN's "Doom at Your Service," where he worked with two of well-known actors in the industry, Seo In Guk and Park Bo Young.
Following his stint in the said fantasy drama, Dawon is already in discussions to work again in a new drama, titled "Part Time Melo," and is scheduled to air in the second half of 2021.
Hwiyoung is just starting his acting career, but expectations are already high for his acting abilities.
These four SF9 members are showing their potential as the future generation of K-drama actors. Their fans, FANTASY, are looking forward to their upcoming projects.
