Various media outlets reported on September 24 that Cha Eun Woo purchased a KRW 4.9 billion apartment at Ville Polaris Penthouse, fully paid in cash. In addition to the news report, the chairman of the board of directors of Samsung's construction arm, the Samsung C&T Corporation, Choi Chi Hoon, was the one who sold the apartment to the True Beauty actor.

Cha Eun Woo's new home is said to have four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Netizens were amazed by the news regarding the male star, for he was able to have good investment at the young age of 24.

The luxurious penthouse is reportedly built like an apartment building and has an estimated 20 floors, and there is only one unit per floor. The My ID is Gangnam Beauty actor's new place is said to be in the utmost privacy.

Cha Eun Woo Poses for Harper's Bazaar Along with Park Seo Joon and Han Hyo Joo

After he purchased the house in July, Cha Eun Woo is still consistent in receiving new projects may it be solo or with his group, ASTRO.

Recently, Harper's Bazaar Korea dropped the much-awaited pictorial of the 24-year-old male actor. Wearing different branded clothes and accessories, Cha Eun Woo exhibits a dapper look and high-profile image.

Following the snaps, the publishing company also released a short video clip showing Cha Eun Woo's sophisticated style in fashion. The magazine is set to release for October issue, and joining Cha Eun Woo on the feature artists are Itaewon Class actor Park Seo Joon, Happiness actress Han Hyo Joo, and Hospital Playlist star Shin Hyun Bin.

These four celebrities will be showing their individual charms in the upcoming magazine issue of Harper's Bazaar.

Meanwhile, Cha Eun Woo will be making his silver screen return with Decibel together with Lee Jong Suk and Kim Rae Won. He is also in talks to appear in OCN's Island alongside Kim Nam Gil and in the webtoon-based series Dak Gang Jeong.
