K-Pop boy group iKON has been doing lots of activities the past few months, may it be as a group or solo. One of its members, Junhoe, was confirmed to star in a new movie along with award-winning actor Jo Byeong Gyu!
Good news IKONICS! Another iKON member, Koo Junhoe will be making his silver screen debut. On October 18, YG Entertainment released an announcement confirming that Junhoe was cast to lead the forthcoming movie "Even if I Die, One More Time" alongside "Uncanny Counter" actor Jo Byeong Gyu.
This marks Junhoe's acting and silver screen debut. As an artist who has been working in the music scene for years, Junhoe is ready to expand his potential as he will now begin a career in the acting field.
Actor Junhoe is Coming This 2022!
The "Love Scenario" singer takes the role of Bong Gyun, a high school student who has a cool and charming personality but is also known for his playboy side. Junhoe will be Jo Byeong Gyu's (Jeon Woo Seok) best friend in the movie.
After winning the fans' hearts through his amazing vocals and sharp dance moves on stage, Junhoe will steal the spotlight as he is expected to display his trendy visuals and energetic sides in "Even if I Die, One More Time." Netizens are all excited for Junhoe's acting debut and many are looking forward to seeing him work with various talented actors in entertainment.
"Even if I Die, One More Time" tells the story of a 40-year-old stuntman, Jeon Woo Seok, (Jo Byeong Gyu) who wished to become an excellent actor. But because of an unexpected incident, he returns to his high school years and gets the opportunity to think of his dream again.
In addition, the upcoming film is scheduled to start production in October and slated to premiere sometime in 2022. TS Narin Cinema is in charge of producing "Even if I Die, One More Time" and will be distributed by Npick+.

iKON's Jung Chanwoo to Make Small Screen Comeback with 'Chilling Roommate'
In September, iKON's maknae and sub vocalist Jung Chanwoo was the first member to confirm his acting project. He will team up with former GFriend member Sowon now known as Kim So Jung.
They will star in the romantic horror cine-rama "Chilling Roommate" and is said to premiere in the first half of 2022. It will be produced as a movie and as a drama. The two idol-actors tested their chemistry during their first-script reading and fans are now ready to anticipate their upcoming collab project.
