Lee Min Ho took a trip down memory lane as he revisited a familiar place in California.

The Hallyu star is currently in the United States to attend the recently held 2021 Art+Film Gala together with South Korean A-listers such as Jung Woo Sung, "Squid Game" stars Lee Jung Jae, Park Hae Soo, Lee Byung Hun and more.

Lee Min Ho Visits' The Heirs' Location in California

On his social media, he updated his fans as he hit the road and revisited Hunting Beach, located in Orange County in Southern California.

In a series of photos, the actor appears to be enjoying his stay in the U.S, strolling along the beach.

Meanwhile, the last photo on Lee Min Ho's Instagram featured a known filming location in one of his previous series.

As fans would recall, the area is the location of Lee Min Ho's K-drama "The Heirs" together with Park Shin Hye, Kim Woo Bin, Kim Ji Won and more.

In the 2013 SBS series, he took on the role of the heir to the Empire group, Kim Tan, who was exiled to the United States and years after, the chaebol son returned to his homeland.

The Kdrama also shot a scene in Duke's Huntington Beach restaurant, which was said to be rented out for the whole day to film Lee Min Ho's scene.

To recall, this is also where Park Shin Hye, who played Cha Eun Sang, and Lee Min Ho's character first met.

Interestingly, fans seemed to remember the location and expressed how they missed "The Heirs."

Some even wished that they would release a sequel for the top rating Kdrama.

Fans Warmly Welcome Lee Min Ho in Los Angeles

Prior to this, multiple outlets noted that the Hallyu star left South Korea on November 3 Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) event to honor the renowned filmmaker Steven Spielberg and artists Amy Sherald and Kehinde Wiley.

Over social media, fans shared how Lee Min Ho took the opportunity to meet his fans in the United States.

Lucky fans even got a chance to take a selfie with "The King: Eternal Monarch" star.

Moreover, some fan accounts even noted that the South Korean star rolled down the window of his car and waved at the spectators who were chanting his name.

At the ceremony, Lee Min Ho looked jaw-dropping with his charming features donning a sleek black tuxedo.

He also posted an update on his Instagram with the iconic Urban Lights as his backdrop.

The event comes ahead of his upcoming movie "Pachinko," based on the beloved historical novel written by Min Jin Lee and will be released under Apple TV+.
