The former ZE:A member goes to the gym on a regular basis. In one of his previous interviews before the drama "Happiness" premiered, Park Hyung Sik revealed his health and fitness are in good condition.
The actor added he made efforts to maintain his figure after the military to do his post-enlistment drama comfortably. Since his role was both an athlete and a police officer, which both required strong physical condition, Park Hyung Sik commited to working out.
According to a source, Park Hyung Sik begins with cardio exercise that can be done in 10 to 20 minutes. Running is also good to get the blood running. After that, the celebrity does weight training to tone his muscles, improve his appearance and fight age-related loss. This also increases Park Hyung Sik's strength and muscular endurance. Others who want to try weight training will give you lots of benefits in your body and will keep you active, flexible, and reduce risks of injury.
There are different workouts to follow everyday, such as incline bench press, flat bench press, flying push ups, and cable rows for Monday.
