On January 28, Kim Jung Hyun's agency, Story J Company, confirmed his casting, saying, "The actor has confirmed his appearance in the upcoming independent film "Se²cret."

"Secret" (literal translation) follows a group of people who face the secrets of their past while investigating a mysterious murder.
