Actor Lee Jung Jae had the honor of receiving the best male actor award in the 34th annual Blue Dragon Film Awards today.
Lee Jung Jae today in the Peace Hall of Kyung Hee University in Seoul received the best male actor award during the Blue Dragon Film Awards, and added the movies "New World" and "The Face Reader" to his filmography.
Lee Jung Jae last February played a police officer Lee Ja Sung in movie "New World," who joins a gang in accordance of his boss's order. Later in "The Face Reader," he transformed into Soo Yang Dae Goon who furiously wanted to become a king. Although he only made an appearance in the second half of the movie, the fans and critics acclaimed his performance saying that his charisma ruled the entirety of the movie.
After receiving the best male actor award in Blue Dragon Film Awards, Lee Jung Jae said, "First of all, I would like to thank director Han Jae Rim, who saw the sides of Soo Yang Dae Goon in me and casted me. I would also like to thank the actors and staff members whom I filmed the movie together, and the fans and audiences who loved our movie."
Lee Jung Jae is currently filming the movie, "Big Match."
