Lee Hyeri and Han Ji Min are the latest celebrities who showed their support to the war victims in Ukraine.
According to various media outlets, these stars have donated millions of won to help children and families who are at risk of a humanitarian crisis in the country.
Han Ji Min Donates 100 Million Won for Ukraine's Recovery
As reported by News 1 Korea, the Korean Committee for UNICEF shared that the "One Spring Night" star has donated 100 million KRW or 81,000 USD to help children in Ukraine.
The committee mentioned that Han Ji Min's donation will be utilized "to support Ukrainian children in their [supply of] drinking water, education, health, and protection projects."
As for the actress, this is her way to "contribute" to the "recovery of Ukrainian citizens and children's daily lives."
In addition, Han Ji Min is hopeful that the children will return to their everyday lives and "can smile and attend school soon."
The generous donation comes ahead of her upcoming K-drama "Our Blues."
The 39-year-old actress will join the star-studded cast of the much-awaited healing series, alongside Lee Byung Hun, Kim Woo Bin, Shin Min Ah, "Parasite" star Lee Jung Eun, Cha Seung Won and more.
Interestingly, the long wait is over as "Our Blues" release date is set on April 9 via tvN and Netflix.
Lee Hyeri Extends Help to Ukrainian Victims
As the Russian invasion continues in Ukraine, Lee Hyeri joins a slew of Korean celebrities showing their assistance to the victims.
Per Osen, the "Moonshine" star has donated 50 million KRW or around 41,000 USD to Ukrainian children who are caught up in the Russian military operations in the country.
According to the outlet, the actress "wanted to add a little bit of strength to help children who have no power in the war," noting that Lee Hyeri hopes for a "world free of war and horror."
Her generous donation includes essential items such as diapers, baby food, personal protective equipment and hygiene kits to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Apart from this, Lee Hyeri also joined "Parasite" actors Song Kang Ho and Lee Byung Hun, who gave meaningful donations to the wildfire victims in Uljin.
The actress reportedly contacted the Bridge Association of the National Disaster Relief and donated 50 million won for the firefighters and children from low-income families.
South Korean Stars Who Came Forward and Helped Victims in Ukraine
Apart from Lee Hyeri and Han Ji Min, a number of celebrities have shown their support in various ways.
Im Siwan recently shared that he joined the global movement by booking Airbnb in Ukraine.
Over his Instagram, he posted a screenshot of his one-month booking in Kyiv, Ukraine's capital.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian Ambassador to Korea Dmytro Ponomarenko revealed in a tweet that Lee Young Ae gave 100 million won or 82,950 USD to help "victims of Russian aggression."
On the other hand, Song Seung Heon used his platform and took the opportunity to condemn Russia's attack.
With a bold statement, he wrote, "No one can take away the happiness of these children."
