Choi Hyun Wook Leads New Coming-of-age Drama With Park Ji Hoon, Hong Kyung
Choi Hyun Wook returns to the small screen with the new drama "Weak Hero."
Gold Medalist, Choi Hyun Wook's agency, confirmed the actor's participation in the new coming-of-age drama on Thursday, April 7.
"Weak Hero" is an action-filled drama about a weak boy who fights against violence inside and outside school with his innate cognitive powers.
In the drama, Choi Hyun Wook, who showed his clever and excellent acting in the drama "Twenty Five, Twenty One," takes on the role of Ahn Su Ho, a school boy who has no interest in school.
Although he's nonchalant when it comes to academics, Ahn Su Ho is a clever boy with hidden charms. He then meets Si Eun and Beom Seok, and builds friendship with them.
Park Ji Hoon transforms into Yeon Si Eun, a young man with innate intelligence to develop strategic fighting skills to subdue violence in school. Hong Kyung plays the role of Oh Beom Seok, a person full of desire to become strong.
