The long wait is over as Netflix officially confirms "Single's Inferno" season 2. However, viewers are looking forward to see season 1 favorites for the upcoming sequel.

On April 12, the streaming giant took to Twitter to officially announce plans for the reality dating show alongside a short video, teasing fans about the much-awaited comeback.

Netflix hints at "fiercer, bolder, flashier, steamier, and wilder" season 2. To recall, participants get stuck on an island called "inferno" in search of romantic relationships.

While the platform confirmed the return of the reality dating show on Netflix, fans could not help but gush over the surprising news expressing how they are thrilled to watch "Single's Inferno" season 2.

Apart from the highly anticipated comeback, viewers are also looking forward to see fan favorites from season 1.

Viewers Want to See OG Cast in 'Single's Inferno' Season 2

On Twitter, netizens wish to see the OG cast of "Single's Inferno." One fan even specified that those who came in at the latter episode deserve a second chance.

Others also expressed that they are thrilled to meet the new participants but would not mind seeing previous cast members return for season 2.

On the other hand, one viewer wants the host Lee Da Hee to join the island, while some wish Super Junior's Kyuhyun to return for the upcoming season.

Season 1 introduced 12 insanely gorgeous men and women who are stranded on a deserted island called inferno.

The goal is to find a genuine connection so the pair can experience a luxurious escapade known as the "paradise."

"Single's Inferno" season 1 cast includes Kim Hyun Joong, the Kpop idol looking Choi Si Hun, the boy next door Moon Se Hun, Oh Jin Taek, and Kim Jun Sik.

As for the ladies, Youtuber Freezia, also known as Song Ji Ah, is definitely one of the fan favorites. Joining her are Kang So Yeon, the beauty and brains Shin Ji Yeon, and bubbly An Yea Won.

Netflix introduced three new additions to the show in the latter part of the season. Model-dancer Cha Hyun Seung made it as one of the official cast alongside TVC models Sung Min Ji and Kim Soo Min.

Aside from the cast members, viewers are also drawn to the chemistry between the hosts.

Joining Lee Da Hee and Super Junior's Kyuhyun to complete the "Single's Inferno" hosts are Hong Jin Kyung and Jung Han Hae.
