Lee Jun Young and Seohyun's "Love and Leashes" gave viewers a different twist to a BDSM-themed movie.

The Netflix film, which premiered on February 2022, right before the valentines day,

gained hype as viewers saw the rom-com film's modest and subtle way of featuring the public in the world of bondage and discipline, submission, dominance, sadism, and masochism.

It doesn't only illustrate the modern relationship but also how people should accept each other's preferences.

For weeks, "Love and Leashes" was among Netflix's top 10 movies alongside Hollywood content.

In the rom-com movie, Seohyun plays Jung Ji Woo, the competent career woman who is straightforward when it comes to love. However, despite her fierce personality, she is pretty reserved and afraid to show her emotions.

Lee Jun Young plays Jung Ji Hoo, the new senior colleague of Ji Woo, who hides his mysterious personality because of his fear of being judged.

Joining the complicated yet entertaining romance of the duo, the "Love and Leashes" cast includes Lee El as Ji Woo's co-worker, Lee Suk Hyeong, Kim Bo Ra, Ahn Seung Gyun from "All of Us Are Dead," and more.

Following the movie's success, Netflix is yet to confirm if the rom-com film will return for a sequel and continue Ji Hoo and Ji Woo's romance.

As fans look forward to the possibility of "Love and Leashes 2," here are the current and upcoming projects of Lee Jun Young and Girls' Generation's Seohyun.

"Love and Leashes" is Seohyun's comeback to the big screen after starring in the 2016 film "So I Married an Anti-Fan" as a supporting character.

Interestingly, the Netflix series is her first major role in a movie, and she perfectly delivered playing Jung Ji Woo.

During her interview with Allure Korea, ahead of the movie's premiere, the singer-actress revealed that she watched the movie thrice.

After "Love and Leashes," Seohyun is set to headline a new movie, "Holy Night: Demon Hunters," with Ma Dong Seok, David Lee, and more.

As for K-drama, she is also set to appear in back to back series. First is the soon-to-be-released rom-com series "Jinxed At First" with Na In Woo.

Seohyun's new drama will premiere on June 15 via KBS2. She is also booked till 2023 with another K-drama, "Song of the Bandits," alongside Kim Nam Gil, veteran actor Yoo Jae Myung and Lee Ho Jung from "Nevertheless."

Surprisingly, "Love and Leashes" is Lee Jun Young's debut on the big screen. Like Seohyun, the U-Kiss member stunned viewers with his stellar performance as the submissive Jung Ji Hoo.

Following the Netflix series, he is set to headline multiple projects.

For movies, Lee Jun Young will star in the webtoon-based film "Brave Citizen," followed by "The Wilderness" with Ma Dong Seok and offered to play the main character in the youth drama film "More Painful Than Sadness."

The singer-actor is also booked and busy with upcoming K-dramas.

Lee Jun Young's new drama "One Hundred Won Butler" is a fantasy series opposite Lee Hyeri.

He is also rumored to join the cast of the action-comedy series "Na Rae, Kicking Out" with Stephanie Lee from "Start-Up."
