Seo Eun Soo Gets Ready for Potential Movie With Lee Jong Suk
The second installment of the thriller film "The Witch" will finally hit the cinemas in Korea starting June 15. But before its much-anticipated release, Seo Eun Soo shared the rumored follow-up movie that will focus on her character.
In a newly uploaded promotional interview for "The Witch 2" also known as "The Witch: Part 2," lead star Seo Eun Soo talked about her potential solo movie, starring Korean heartthrob Lee Jong Suk.
Seo Eun Soo will play the role of Jo Hyeon, a former soldier with incredible combat skills and intelligence. She and her team are tasked to catch the girl who escaped their secret lab experiment.
In the forthcoming movie sequel, the actress will showcase her partnership with chief Baek (Jo Min Su) and director Jang (Lee Jong Suk). The "Legal High" star mentioned that in the film, her character Hyeon used to work for Jang a decade ago.
In addition to that, she shared that there are plans for a solo movie covering only the story of her and director Jang, which is Lee Jong Suk's character.
Eun Soo continued, "But I don't know the full details yet." She compared the stories of their characters to the MCU movies (Marvel Cinematic Universe).

The "Itaewon Class" actress added that their director mentioned that there's a high possibility of him releasing another movie about Hyeon and Jang's characters if "The Witch 2" receive a good response from the viewers.

On the other hand, the "My Golden Life" star shared what it was like to be working with Lee Jong Suk.
According to her, "I am very grateful for him, he helped me a lot throughout the filming session. He would always listen to me and check on me to see if I was doing fine."
She added that the "Pinocchio" lead actor also cheered her up whenever she was having a hard time at work. The two are actually labelmates at A-Man Project.
Meanwhile, Lee Jong Suk is preparing for his small screen comeback with legal-romance "Big Mouse," set to premiere in July on MBC. He will team up with SNSD member and actress YoonA.
