This 2022, Choi Min Sik returns to the small screen after 25 years and joins Son Seok Koo, Heo Sung Tae and Lee Dong Hwi in the forthcoming thriller drama "Casino."
On Monday, June 13, Disney+ Korea revealed the official lineup of the upcoming series "Casino."
The drama will be lead by veteran stars Son Seok Koo, Heo Sung Tae, Lee Dong Hwi and Choi Min Sik, and depict the story of a man who became the "king of the casino" after struggling to survive an unexpected series of events.
The stellar lineup of actors raises expectations for the upcoming drama. Choi Min Sik, who received popularity with his works "Old Boy," "I Saw the Devil" and more, steals attention with a new television series for the first time in 25 years.
In addition to that, Son Seok Koo, who recently proved his acting skills in the melodrama "My Liberation Notes" once again challenges himself with "Casino."

Lee Dong Hwi, who appeared in "Extreme Job," is eager to showcase his unrivaled presence and a side that he has never shown before in other works.

Disney+'s 'Casino' Further Details and What We Know So Far
The original Disney+ Korea series "Casino" creates buzz in the Hallyu scene as it its Choi Min Sik's comeback drama after more than two decades.
It is also director Kang Yoon Sung's first time working with the four main stars, hinting at a cider-like director-actor relationship and high energy.
"Casino" is set to begin its principal filming this summer with precautionary health measures in line with the authorities' health guidelines.
In particular, the filming of the drama will take place not only in South Korea but also overseas, which will be possible all thanks to the budget of almost 380 million USD.
