The singer-actress appeared as a guest on a live stream session on "Twitter Blue Room," where she spoke about her thoughts about the viewers' reaction to her Kdrama comeback.

As obtained by an outlet, Bae Suzy mentioned that "Anna" was the first time she received praise for her acting.

"I tried to improve my lackings and make the best out of the areas I'm good at," the actress explained.

To prepare for "Anna," the singer-actress had to practice even her hand movements for more than a month by replicating hand signals in the mirror.

Since her character has a deaf mother, Bae Suzy also learned to do sign language, which started with stiff hand movements but was able to get better in time.

Adding to the list of her preparations for the drama, she reportedly sleeps less to look tired and worn out.
