Amid her recovery from the accident, fans are worried about Han So Hee's Instagram posts.

It can be recalled that the "Nevertheless" star suffered a facial injury while doing an action stunt on the set of her upcoming K-drama Gyeongseong Creature, also known as "K Project" alongside Park Seo Joon.

The news was confirmed by her agency 9ato Entertainment saying that "fortunately, it's not a major injury" and the actress is "not in a state where she has to get surgery."

Despite Han So Hee's injury, the filming schedule for the upcoming K-drama was not pushed back but the actress needs sufficient rest from the accident.

Han So Hee's Instagram Posts Spark Worries

While on her recovery, the "My Name" star has been updating fans on Instagram with her artworks; however, some fans expressed their concerns after the drawings and sketches exuded a "dramatic" feel to them.

In the comments section, other netizens find it "disturbing" and even asked Han So Hee if she is okay.

In one post, the actress featured a dog with arms and legs tied with a red leash around its stomach. Based on the comments, fans wanted to know the story behind the unusual artwork.

The same goes for a different post where Han So Hee's Instagram showcases two naked individuals intertwined with each other, while the other featured body parts with red marks.

It can be recalled that the 27-year-old actress studied art in college. Some of her works were featured in the webtoon-based series "Nevertheless" as the actress made her character's paintings for the K-drama.

Han So Hee Updates Fans While Recovering From Injury

While others say that Han So Hee's artworks are "unhappy," most of the fans wished her a speedy recovery.

Amid the concern of fans about her Instagram posts, "The World of the Married" star gave an update about her health status and reassured fans that she is "okay."

"Everyone, you were really worried about me, right? I'm okay," she wrote via group chat as obtained by a news portal, adding "I am spending my time at home resting well and drawing, and it's been a while since I've had some time for myself. I stopped by for my fans who must have been surprised [by the news of my injury]. If I have something else to share, I'll come here."

Her upcoming K-drama, "Gyeongseong Creature" is Han So Hee's next project after "Soundtrack #1" with Park Hyung Sik.

She took the role of Yun Chae Ok, a woman who is well versed with guns, machinery, and knives while Park Seo Joon's character, Jang Tae Sang, is one of the town's wealthiest men.

Joining the duo is "Squid Game" star Wi Ha Joon and penned by Kang Eun Kyung of "Dr. Romantic" series, "Where the Stars Land," and "Forecasting Love and Weather" and directed by Jung Dong Yoon of "Hot Stove League" and "It's Okay Not to Be Okay."
