Kang Tae Oh Rumored To Have Enlisted To Military
"Extraordinary Attorney Woo" star Kang Tae Oh stirs noise as he was spotted in a military uniform prior to his enlistment!
Earlier this month, Kang Tae Oh's agency, Man of Creation, announced that the actor is set to enlist in the military in the second half of the year to fulfill his duties as a South Korean citizen.
On August 16, Kang Tae Oh was seen donning a military uniform. No news was made about the actor's exact release date and location, leaving fans in confusion.
Ironically, the actor came sporting a military uniform for a commercial shooting for a popular sandwich brand Subway.
In the drama "Extraordinary Attorney Woo," Kang Tae Oh became known for the handsome "Seopseophae Guy" due to his tagline "I'm upset (seopseophae)."
After learning that the actor bagged the commercial gig, fans deemed that it was a "dream come true" as some avid viewers have been contacting the brand to scout the actor as their model.

It was because of Kang Tae Oh's name in the popular ENA drama, Lee Jun Ho. Previously, singer-actor Lee Jun Ho was introduced as the brand's model.
Because of this, fans thought that it would be a perfect fit for the brand to have "another Lee Jun Ho" as their model.
On the other hand, Kang Tae Oh's commercial for the sandwich brand hasn't been released yet. The actor is scheduled to enlist in the military later this year.
He currently stars as a litigation team member in the highly rated court romance drama "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" with Park Eun Bin and Kang Ki Young.
Kang Tae Oh To Return With Greater Works After Military Enlistment
Prior to his impending enlistment, Kang Tae Oh revealed his honest thoughts on his current drama "Extraordinary Attorney Woo."
In a recent interview with Elle Korea, Kang Tae Oh shared that the court drama made him a better actor than he ever was. He stated, "Each episode tells a story and I am exhilarated to grow alongside the characters within those events."
Kang Tae Oh also thanked fans for the immense support to the drama, saying, "I've heard that a lot of people have been talking about me on social media, watching my previous works with affection. I'm truly thankful."
Through "Extraordinary Attorney Woo," Kang Tae Oh found a new driving force to help him move forward.
As for his upcoming military enlistment, Kang Tae Oh confessed that he's not so worried about his career and promises to return to the small screen with greater works.
