Lead stars Jung Woo Sung and Lee Jung Jae along with Heo Sung Tae showed off their goofy side as they thanked viewers for supporting the movie "Hunt."
The espionage action film is topping the Korean box office since it was released on August 10.
'Hunt' Cast Celebrates Hitting 3 Million Viewers
In a report cited by Osen, "Hunt" which was Lee Jung Jae's directorial debut has officially hit the 3 million mark with only 11 days since its premiere, according to the Korean Film Council.
With this, the movie distributor Megabox Plus, released a hilarious video featuring Jung Woo Sung, Lee Jung Jae, and Heo Sung Tae as they expressed their gratitude to millions of viewers who watched the movie.
"Thanks to you, Hunt is running hard this week, too. Thank you so much," the caption reads.
"Hunt" is a reunion project between Lee Jung Jae and Heo Sung Tae after the massive success of Netflix's "Squid Game," while this is the director-actor and Jung Woo Sung's first movie after 24 since the 1998 film "City of the Rising Sun."
The espionage action film is Lee Jung Jae's directorial debut which follows the story of two top-tier National Intelligence Service (NIS) agents Park Pyung Ho (Lee Jung Jae) and Kim Jung Do (Jung Woo Sung) who was tasked to go on a top-secret mission, involving North Korean spies.
However, amid their task, they get caught up in an incident and are accused of being the mole in the mission. Interestingly, this is also where the duo discovered a shocking secret that is significant to their mission of chasing after the person in charge of North Korean spies.
'Hunt' Achievements: From Cannes Film Festival to 55th Sitges Film Festival and More
Before its theatrical release, Lee Jung Jae's directorial debut movie was invited to the Midnight Screening of the 75th Cannes International Film Festival, where it received an overwhelming 7-minute long standing ovation.
As the officials announced the release date of the film, "Hunt" is set to be released in 144 countries, which includes Japan, Germany, the Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and more.

Interestingly, while the espionage action film continues to dominate the Korean box office for two straight weeks, "Hunt" is also invited to three international festivals. It includes the 47th Toronto International Film Festival, Fantastic Fest 2022, and the 55th Sitges Film Festival.
With the movie's global release, "Hunt" stimulate the curiosity of viewers about the incident known as "Korea's No. 1 Assassination Operation."
It captures the tense tension that flows and raises the question of what kind of ending awaits them in front of them.
Lee Jung Jae Talks About Inspiration Behind 'Hunt'
As obtained by Variety, the renowned South Korean actor and now director shared what prompted him to create an espionage movie in a 1980s setting.
"When writing the script of 'Hunt,' I set younger generations in South Korea who learn about the era from history textbooks as the target audience," he said in hopes of foreign viewers will have a perspective of Korean history and politics.
"But at Cannes, about 30% of foreign media reviews complained that it was hard for them to keep up with the story, as they didn't know about Korean politics in the 1980s," Lee Jung Jae added.
"Hunt" is his first ever film, which he directed and took him four years to finish. Thankfully, the movie is raking good reviews from viewers and media as well as, garnering millions at the box office.
