Choi Hyun Wook is about to have his first-ever offline event in Japan. According to the report shared by Star News on August 24, the celebrity is confirmed for a fan meeting in September.
The event is themed "Choi Hyun Wook Japan Fan Meeting 2022 - First Story," scheduled to be held at Tokorozawa Sakura Town in Japan on September 19.
Choi Hyun Wook's Achievements
To recall, Choi Hyun Wook made his acting debut in 2019 in the web series "Real:Time: Love." He then made a strong impression on the public when he acted in SBS' action-mystery drama "Taxi Driver" and the sports genre series "Racket Boys," which both aired in 2021.
Thanks to his impactful performances, Choi Hyun Wook bagged the Best New Actor award at the 2021 SBS Drama Awards.
He gained more recognition after he starred in tvN's romance and coming-of-age K-drama "Twenty Five, Twenty One," where he starred alongside Kim Tae Ri, Nam Joo Hyuk and WJSN Bona.
In addition, Choi Hyun Wook's previous series' "Racket Boys" was a hit in Japan, making him sign an exclusive management contract with TIMO Japan earlier this year.

Choi Hyun Wook To Join Park Ji Hoon in Wavve's New Drama 'Weak Hero'
The 20-year-old actor is also set to make his small screen comeback with the drama "Weak Hero," to be available through the online streaming platform Wavve. The series is said to have eight episodes in total. Idol-actor Park Ji Hoon will lead the drama.
It follows the story of Yeon Si Eun, a model student at his school. He physically appears weak in front of others, but, with his ability and by using tools and psychology, he confidently fights against violence that takes place inside and outside their campus.
"Weak Hero" is rumored to meet the viewers in the second half of 2022.
