Kang Tae Oh has officially announced an update regarding his enlistment.
During his first-ever fan meeting, "TikTok Stage COnnect: SweeTaeOh," the "Extraordinary Attorney Woo'' star shared the finalized date regarding his mandatory service.
Kang Tae Oh Enlistment Set on THIS Date
According to the 28-year-old actor, he personally revealed that he will be enlisting on September 20.
"The message arrived for me. I was called to fulfill my duty to my country. I'll enlist in the military on September 20," he said during the meet-and-greet as obtained by an outlet.
Moreover, he also shared a heartfelt message for his fans and hoped that they will wait for him.
To express his appreciation, he senerande the crowd with a song "Thank You" by Kim Dong Ryul.

Kang Tae Oh's enlistment comes after his breakthrough performance in the hit ENA series "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" along with Park Eun Bin and Kang Ki Young.
There's no denying that the romance life K-drama is among the most-watched series this 2022.
Following the massive popularity and high viewership rating they received during the first season, "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" gets the green light for a sequel.
Reports cited that Lee Sang Baek, the CEO of AStory, the production company blockbuster K-drama, confirmed that the ENA series will be renewed for another season.

The CEO added that this is due to the overwhelming "support of many people" who watched the show.
As for the "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" season 2 release date, Lee Sang Baek shared that the goal is to have the premiere in 2024.
Interestingly, the AStory CEO also spoke about the cast lineup and revealed that they wanted to retain "more than 90 percent of the same members."
With this, Kang Tae Oh might possibly join season 2 as his official discharge date will be in March of 2024.
Viewers were drawn to the chemistry of the cast seen in "Extraordinary Attorney Woo."
