As Lee Je Hoon successfully wrapped up the hit K-drama "Taxi Driver 2," the South Korean heartthrob spoke about his desire to have "Signal" its second season.
The mystery thriller K-drama is among the series that fans want to return with a new sequel; however, drama officials are unclear about the series having its second installment.
Interestingly, during his appearance in tvN's "You Quiz on the Block," the actor briefly talked about his 2016 K-drama "Signal" and recalled his experience working alongside top actors and a renowned screenwriter.
After "Taxi Driver 2," SBS officially announced that "Taxi Driver" season 3 is now in the works.
As obtained by a media outlet, drama officials are in the planning stage and will announce the possible release date and cast lineup.
Interestingly, Lee Je Hoon previously hinted at his return for the show's third installment.
Prior to the thrilling announcement of SBS, the 38-year-old actor teased fans about his possible appearance in the upcoming sequel.
As seen on the behind-the-scenes episode of "Taxi Driver 2" released on SBS Catch, Lee Je Hoon was doing a golfing scene for one episode and joked about learning the sport for the sequel.
