"Dr. Romantic 3," which stars Han Suk Kyu, Ahn Hyo Seop, and Lee Sung Kyung, started the season with massive success after landing the first episode with a double-digit rating.

The beloved medical K-drama depicts the story of a legendary surgeon named Kim Sa Bu, who chose to work at a shabby countryside hospital after getting involved in a controversy.

At the hospital called Doldam, he met a new breed of doctors who shared the same passion and dedication to their careers.

The medical K-drama not only featured a slew of familiar faces, showcasing the actors who reprised their roles, but also new cast members joining the Doldam Hospital family.

Besides Yoo Yeon Seok, one of the original cast members of "Dr. Romantic" is Seo Hyun Jin, who played Yoon Seo Jung, a skilled surgeon and one of Kim Sa Bu's trainees.

She left Doldam Hospital after being qualified to be part of a scholarship abroad.

Unfortunately, she failed to join the season due to a schedule conflict.

On the other hand, season 1 co-star Yang Se Jong, who took on the role of arrogant Do In Bum, had a special cameo in season 2 and played Seo Woo Jin and Cha Eun Jae's senior.
