Despite the zero nominations, fans are thrilled to see Lee Je Hoon as a presenter at the Baeksang Arts Awards 2023.
The actor graced the stage looking dapper as ever, along with Taiwanese actor Greg Hsu, who handed out the Best Director Award to Yoo In Shik for the hit Netflix series "Extraordinary Attorney Woo," and to Park Chan Wook for winning the Best Director for Film category for the movie "Decision to Leave."
After the huge craze created by "Taxi Driver 2," Lee Je Hoon confirmed his return to the small screen with an interesting K-drama. He will headline the upcoming remake of "Chief Inspector 1963" and will transform into Detective Park Young Han.
Set in the 1960s, it depicts the story of a legendary detective, Park Young Han, before becoming the chief inspector.
Lee Je Hoon's new drama will be directed by Kim Sung Hoon of "Confidential Assignment 1" and "Rampant."
In addition, "Taxi Driver 3" gets the green light, but officials are yet to confirm if Lee Je Hoon will reprise his role.
