After Seo Woo Jin (Ahn Hyo Seop) and nurse Park Eun Tak (Kim Min Jae) went to the ground zero of the incident, they were caught up in a heartbreaking accident.
Seo Woo Jin is determined to help more survivors, especially the teacher who risked his life to save his students.

With this, he and Eun Tak have decided to go inside the collapsed building to see if anyone from them needs immediate medical attention.
After seeing the teacher, Seo Woo Jin, along with Park Eun Tak, performed an emergency operation. Unfortunately, as they were about to escape the building, it collapsed for the second time.
Leaving Seo Woo Jin struck by a metal right in his hand. Interestingly, Kim Min Jae posted about his current situation with Lee Sung Kyung and revealed that they were watching the episode together.
The video also featured Lee Sung Kyung, who played doctor Cha Eun Jae, crying while watching a specific scene.
In the drama, it featured how Cha Eun Jae loved Seo Woo Jin because she understood why he decided to help the survivors but at the same time worried about his health.
