Actresses Jun Do Yeon and Kim Ah Joong are to compete in the movie theaters for their respective movies coming out at the end of the year. The queen of the Cannes Jun Do Yeon's real life based drama movie "The Road To Home," and Kim Ah Joong's romantic comedy movie "Catch Me" with actor Joo Won are going to compete in the theaters this holiday season.
Kim Ah Joong of the movie "Catch Me" said, "Romantic comedy movies are attractive," in an interview. Kim Ah Joong elaborated on the movie, "(This movie is) a romantic comedy movie that you can watch with ease this holiday season. You will be able to enjoy this with family or significant others, while other movies are sad or serious."
On the other hand, Jun Do Yeon's "The Road To Home" is a movie directed by Bang Eun Jin, and is based in a real life story. It tells a story of a Korean woman who was tricked by an acquaintance and brought illegal drugs abroad. The movie starts with the woman, played by Jun Do Yeon, getting caught in the Orly airport in Paris, France, for drug trafficking. Jun Do Yeon said on the movie, "This movie is the only family movie out of all the Korean movies that are coming out this holiday season."
