Ever since she was a child, Go Hyun Jung has dreamed of becoming a performer. Because of this, she took up Performing Arts at Dongguk University.
In 1989, she made a name in pageantry and was hailed as Miss Korea runner-up. With her popularity, Go Hyun Jung was given her big break in 1995 and starred in the SBS drama "Sandglass."
Go Hyun Jung became a national sensation for her performance as her works reached average ratings of 50%, proving her success.
