Lee Dong Hwi dishesd on his "Dr. Cheon and Lost Talisman" co-star Esom and her unusual habit on the set of the movie.
As the movie gears for its official premiere, the duo appeared as a guest on YouTube channel "TEO" for "Salon Drip 2," where they talked about their experience filming the movie.
Showing off his friendship with co-star Esom, Lee Dong Hwi exposed the actress on her way to entertain herself on set.
Lee Dong Hwi Shares What Esom is Like on the Set
According to a news outlet, Lee Dong Hwi revealed that Esom likes to take photos of her co-stars; unfortunately, she does it quietly and secretly takes pictures of others and shows them to the actor.
In her defense, the actress explained that she is not taking photos of others but only Lee Dong Hwi.
"It's exactly the way Dong Hwi is sleeping," she pointed out, which made host Jang Do Yeon curious and ask what sparked her interest.
"Because he sleeps too much," Esom said, causing laughter, to which the actor declared his love for sleep.
"I love sleeping when I have free time," he said, adding that Lee Dong Hwi usually pretends to sleep to listen to who is swearing at him.
"Dr. Cheon and Lost Talisman" is Lee Dong Hwi and Esom's first project together on the big screen as they take on the roles of In Bae and Koo Kyung.
'Dr. Cheon and Lost Talisman' Cast, Release Date
The upcoming mystery-crime horror film depicts the story of a fake exorcist named Dr. Cheon, played by Kang Dong Won. He runs a YouTube channel that focuses on exorcism activities. However, for him, he doesn't believe it exists, and this is all in the mind.
Dr. Cheon performs his fake acts for people to watch. In one of his cases, Yoo Kyung reached out to him to help her save her possessed younger sister, Yoo Min, played by Park So Yi. Little did he know that this would turn his world upside down.
Besides Kang Dong Won, veteran actor Heo Joon Ho from "Bloodhounds" joins as the lead star.
Adding to the list of cast members is BLACKPINK's Jisoo, who is set to make a cameo in the movie. During the press conference, "Dr. Cheon and Lost Talisman" director revealed Jisoo's role and said that she would play the role of a fairy.
According to the director, it was her performance in "Snowdrop" that made him want to cast Jisoo for the film, as the actress perfectly suits the image of the character.
Interestingly, viewers get to watch the official screening of the movie on September 27.
