A post in an online community is garnering attention for a surprising revelation regarding actor Choi Gwi Hwa.

Best known for his villain roles, the versatile star, who headlined the box office movie "The Roundup" with Ma Dong Seok, is getting praised online for his good deeds.

According to a media outlet, an online post, titled "Thank You, Actor Choi Gwi Hwa," revealed how the star helped a staff member pay for her medical expenses.

Staff Reveals Choi Gwi Hwa's True Personality

The person, who was named "A," introduced herself as a broadcasting staff member who had worked in the industry for over 10 years.

On the other hand, Choi Gwi Hwa, who made his debut in 1997 in "Paper Kite," has a slew of remarkable movies and dramas under his name.

He is part of the hit Korean movie "Train to Busan" with Gong Yoo, as well as "The Witch: Part 1. The Subversion" and one of his recent "The Roundup" seasons 1 and 2, both with Ma Dong Seok.
