Kim Ji Hoon Reveals Reason for Maintaining His Long Hair

Kim Ji Hoon established a unique image that immediately captivated the viewers, thanks to his iconic long hair.

Since it was difficult for him to receive acting projects, Kim Ji Hoon had taken a break from the entertainment spotlight for almost two years. He shared that during those years, he faced financial difficulties.

The actor further explained that he used all his savings and his hair grew long because he didn't even go to a hair salon. Fortunately, he received a call and had the chance to portray a character who had just woken up from a coma in "Flower of Evil," and his long hair made perfect sense for his comeback role.

As the talk progressed, Jang Dong Yeon commented on Kim Ji Hoon's journey for making the right choice of having the courage to grow his hair and restart his acting career.

Furthermore, the actor was grateful to be part of a wonderful project, "Ballerina."

"'Ballerina' is an incredible work and it's an honor for me to be part of it. It is a very stylish and trendy project."

Meanwhile, Kim Ji Hoon is returning to the small screen as he is expected to appear in Seo In Guk's much-awaited series "Death's Game."

Since he made his acting return in 2020, the 42-year-old actor has been starring in multiple Netflix projects including "Money Heist: Korea- Joint Economic Area Part 1 & 2" and the rom-com series "Love To Hate You," where his on-screen bromance with Yoo Teo was enjoyed by the viewers.
