Yang Se Jong is now in his early thirties, but it didn't let his age stop him from portraying a bright-eyed university student for the famous Netflix series "Doona." And just weeks after the drama was released, the actor is garnering global popularity.

Amid his ongoing appearance in the entertainment, Yang Se Jong's high-school pictures were retrieved from a post in 2017. Thanks to these snaps, fans discovered he was a handsome student in real life as well.

According to a source, the "Still 17" actor went from a baby-faced middle school student to a heartthrob high school student with sharper features. K-Netz couldn't hide their reaction and swooned over Yang Se Jong's captivating looks.

It has been said that his visuals made him stand out from the start. The leading man's pre-debut pictures proved that he was born to be in the spotlight.

Yang Se Jong joined the show business in 2016 when he appeared in the hit series "Dr. Romantic." It was his drama debut in which he immediately gained recognition from different people in the industry.

In 2017, he landed two projects namely "Saimdang, Memoir of Colors" and "Duel." In the same year, he had his big break as Yang Se Jong headlined SBS' "Temperature of Love," alongside former co-star Seo Hyun Jin.

Thanks to this series, the heartthrob bagged two trophies for Best New Actor at the prestigious award ceremonies Baeksang Arts Awards and SBS Drama Awards.

Meanwhile, in 2018 he joined Ahn Hyo Seop and Shin Hye Sun in the SBS series "Still 17." In 2019, he played the role of Seo Hwi in JTBC's "My Country: The New Age." He returned in the second installment of the medical-romance drama "Dr. Romantic" in 2020.

It was his last acting project before he enlisted in the military. Almost three years later, Yang Se Jong met the fans and viewers through Netflix's "Doona," where he collaborated for the first time with Bae Suzy.

Since he is already back on track, many are now looking forward to seeing him in more projects. As of this writing, Yang Se Jong has no confirmed dramas or movies yet. But he already launched his official Instagram in order to communicate with his growing fanbase.
