On the 11th, the much-anticipated preview of the movie 'Citizen Deok-hee,' directed by Park Young-joo, took place at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
The event saw the presence of director Park Young-joo, along with esteemed actors Ra Mi-ran, Gong Myung, Yeom Hye-ran, Park Byeong-eun, Jang Yoon-ju, Lee Moo-saeng, and Ahn Eun-jin.
The thrilling chase drama unfolds when Deok-hee (played by Ra Mi-ran), an ordinary citizen victimized by voice phishing, receives a rescue request from Jae-min (Gong Myung), a member of the swindling organization.
Jang Yoon-ju, taking on the role of 'Sook-ja,' a co-worker at a laundry factory, adds a unique tension to the movie as she collaborates with Ra Mi-ran to apprehend the voice phishing leader.

Jang Yoon-ju's Health Revelation: A Battle with Hypothyroidism
Amidst the glitz and glamour of the event, actress Jang Yoon-ju took a moment to disclose a personal struggle.
Speaking about her character 'Sook-ja,' Jang Yoon-ju revealed, "Actually, I have hypothyroidism.I am a woman without hormones.
I have been taking medication for hypothyroidism for over 15 years. My doctor always tells me, 'You shouldn't use that much energy and tension on TV.'"
Despite the challenges posed by her health condition, Jang Yoon-ju expressed her commitment to the role, saying, "I thought a lot about how to play the character Sook-ja in this movie.
She has a straightforward style, but when I appeared, I think I worked hard with the mindset of giving her a proper ventilation, even if it was only for a short time."
Gratitude Amidst Positive Reviews: Jang Yoon-ju's Third Cinematic Venture
Addressing the positive reception of her performance, Jang Yoon-ju shared her gratitude, stating, "This is my third movie. Following 'Veteran' (2015) and 'Three Sisters' (2021), I am doing 'Citizen Deok-hee'.
Today, I met an audience member in the bathroom who had seen the movie, and he gave me a good review. I almost cried when I received it," she said, expressing her heartfelt appreciation.
