After making its world premiere at the prestigious 73rd Berlin International Film Festival, Netflix introduced "Kill Boksoon," which starred notable celebrities.

From award-winning stars like Jeon Do Yeon and Sol Kyung Gu to talented actors like Kim Shi Ah, Esom, and Goo Kyo Hwan, the cast lineup wowed viewers with their acting spectrum along with the interesting storyline.

Directed and written by Byun Sung Hyun of the movie "Kingmaker, "Kill Boksoon" is an action-thriller K-drama that depicts the story of a top-notch assassin named Gil Boksoon. She is known for her ruthless combat skills and 100 percent success rate in every mission.

However, she is on the verge of choosing between her family and her career, as the single mother is struggling to raise her teenage daughter while at the same time delivering a flawless mission.

Following a successful release in 2023, here's what's next for the "Kill Boksoon" cast now.

Jeon Do Yeon

Portraying the role of Gil Boksoon, Jeon Do Yeon never fails to amaze viewers with her versatility. From hard-hitting dramas to action, there's no doubt that she can deliver a flawless character.

A year after "Kill Boksoon" was released, the award-winning actress returned to the small screen.

Making a comeback after 2 years, Jeon Do Yeon headlined "Crash Course in Romance."

Following this, she is offered to portray the lead role in the highly anticipated K-drama "The Price of Confession" with Kim Ji Won, who is also in talks to join the series.

As fans patiently wait for the duo's confirmation, the upcoming series was initially offered to Song Hye Yo and Han So Hee, but they declined the role.

Sol Kyung Gu

Best known for his amazing character portrayals in movies, Sol Kyung Gu appeared in back-to-back films in 2023.

Meanwhile, as we entered 2024, he is set to return to the small screen after 25 years. Sol Kyung Gu will headline the upcoming political K-drama "The Whirlwind," which will air on Netflix.

He is joined by the equally talented Kim Hee Ae, Lee Hae Yong, veteran actor Kim Hong Pa, and more.

Apart from it, Sol Kyung Gu is also offered to play the lead role in "Hyper Knife," a medical-thriller series in which Park Eun Bin is selected to portray a major character.

Kim Shi Ah

Playing Jeon Do Yeon's on-screen daughter, teen actress Kim Shi Ah, who appeared in "The Silent Sea" and "See You in My 19th Life," is selected to join the forthcoming film "Portrait of a Family."

She will work alongside Ryu Seung Ryong and Ha Ji Won.
