Sajo Hyun Discovers True Feelings For Yeon Wol

After spending time together, Sajo Hyun (Park Ji Hoon) becomes more sure of his feelings for Yeon Wol (Hong Ye Ji).

However, Geum Hwa (Ji Woo) interferes with their romance, keeping the two away from one another. In addition, Ak Hee, the king's alter ego, is displeased about what happens while Sajo Hyun is using the body.

Worried about his alter ego waking up again, Sajo Hyun couldn't sleep for three days. His stress doubles after remembering Sajo Yung's (Hwang Hee) threats.

Geum Hwa Finds Ways To Stop Their Romance

Yeon Wol becomes the king's concubine, and is kept in check by Geum Hwa. She faces discrimination from the other court ladies due to the latter's grudge.

One night, Sajo Hyun secretly comes to help her. Geum Hwa, who's watching their meeting, is filled with anger and jealousy.

With this, Jin Mu Dal (Kang Shin Il), Geum Hwa' father, manipulates him into becoming a king he could destroy in the long run, putting Sajo Hyun in a suffocating situation.

Ak Hee wakes up and saves Sajo Hyun. He also realizes that Yeon Wol has fallen in love with the king, making him resent the other.

Will Ak Hee Team Up With Geum Hwa?

Because of this, Ak Hee declares to only love Geum Hwa to provoke Sajo Hyun, and stop the brewing romance between him and Yeon Wol.

Geum Hwa also takes a step further by choosing her courtiers to serve Ak Hee whom he thinks is Sajo Hyun, raising tension as to what kind of teamwork and danger they will bring.
