Lee Ji Ah's True Personality Revealed
On January 29, Lee Ji Ah made an appearance in Shin Dong Yeop's YouTube show "Salty Brother Shin Dong Yeop" alongside "Queen of Divorce" co-star Kang Ki Young.
The two promoted their forthcoming work, which marks Lee Ji Ah's newest acting gig after the success of her 2023 K-drama "Pandora: Beneath the Paradise."
In the show, Lee Ji Ah transforms into a reputable divorce lawyer who plans to avenge herself after her own husband betrays her, making her lose everything she worked hard for.
When Shin Dong Yeop asked her why "Queen of Divorce" is a unique piece, Lee Ji Ah shared that her newest acting role resonates with her truest self the most.
"If I have to do something, I need to make sure that I do it properly or else, everything goes to waste," the actress shared. "Even in acting, I have the same mindset."
Shin Dong Yeop teased her, saying that the Lee Ji Ah in real life and the Lee Ji Ah in front of the camera are two different people due to her "macho" or "haughty" temperament.
However, Kang Ki Young backed this up, saying that the actress has been very helpful to him in internalizing his new character throughout the filming process, which he appreciates.

Praises For Lee Ji Ah
In the interview, it is revealed that Lee Ji Ah personally recommended Kang Ki Young to play her new leading man.
"He was a great fit for the role," Lee Ji Ah said. "I watched his previous works and I know he'd do a great job in the drama as well as make things even more enjoyable."
In response to this, Kang Ki Young expressed his gratitude to the actress. He also shared that Lee Ji Ah made him comfortable on set, especially as he takes on his first-ever major project.
Moreover, it is revealed that Lee Ji Ah was hands-on in the work as she would also run lines with him, polishing every detail for a more desirable performance.
